Good friendly staff but shop around before you commit to buy
Carey is a very polite and knowledge salesperson, I would go there again to purchase another mattress when needed.

We had done extensive research as we often do when purchasing a big ticket item, and our salesman, Carey, was very knowledgable and made the entire experience just a pleasure. We've recommended Metro to multiple friends and even went back for our guest room bed. The delivery staff was also very accommodating when it came to not tracking dirt onto our brand new white carpeting and were very professional. Excellent experience all around.
After waiting an hour for them to close bigger tickets (which I understand), they then began to rush me out of the store and said "we close soon and I have paperwork to do". It was a hour before closing time.
