The food was ok but the drink station was out of most things even though we had to wait while they refilled something. Then they were very hesitant to fill our cup from the machine in the back. There is no baby changing station in the bathroom and no counter space to use either. So if you need to change a diaper, you either need to be really good at changing one while they lay across your lap while you sit on the toilet, or you need to find somewhere else to change your baby.
If I could give this place less than one star, I would. As soon as we walked in, two of the employees were complaining because their coworker was pitching a fit about wanting to leave. Moments later, I heard him say, "I want to leave. I want some weed." He got his paycheck and proceeded to talk poorly to his coworkers. All while this was happening, the manager was conducting an interview at the table directly behind ours. What a way to leave an impression on a potential future employee. "I have no conflict resolution skills and my employees run the show." I'm glad we are from out of town and this definitely didn't reflect well on the town of Rome.
The cashier. Didn't. Know what she was doing. My food was cold. And the general manager was slow. Making. Sanbwichies. I will never go there. Service was bad.
Womans restroom marked out of order upon arrival. Another woman also waiting for restroom. On the plus side line was short order correct cashier polite food hot and seating available even though it was quite busy. Restroom open and clean before lraving.
Drink machine out of multiple items and staff didn't seem to care. Restrooms do not have changing tables for babies and they have room for a place for a changing table.
