You should definitly rent an apartment here if you like to be poor and ghetto. This is one of the worst if not the worst apartment complexes in Rome NY. Full of trash drugs and low income riff raff. Not a safe place to call home or to raise your children.
Well kept clean
I have friends who live in this place and are getting sicker by the day because management refuses to remove the black mold growing in there basement and even in there apartment

There is rude neighbors. Not exactly a nice place to live even with kids. Other kids are rude and disrespectful. They throw eggs and rocks at your windows and doors. Maintenance doesn't help. The boss doesn't care and is very rude. I would not consider this a nice place. Neighbors will complain you did something bad but really didn't and then you get a notice from maintenance. I do not like this place and I would not consider living here with our without kids.
