Its a Taco Bell... not much more to add to that is there? Neither super, nor suckage. It's average and on par with just about every other Taco Bell I've been to.
Clean good food & service
Service is fast, food quality is high compared with other Taco Bells or with other fast food in Rome.
Taco Bell is conveniently located and affordable. Occasionally the drive through will screw up orders. Be sure to check your bag before driving away. One time a burrito wasn't in our bag and my wife and I drove back. The associate swore she put it in there and blamed us for taking it out. They did replace it. All in all you get service you pay for.
Drive through can be a long wait between noon and one in the afternoon. Up to, approximately, 15 minutes. Otherwise, it's speedy.
