Really amazing customer service and they don't try to up sell you at all. I would say that this is the most honest mechanic in Rome.

The owner (or staff) was good customer service few times i went there by other car dealer (risen auto and food place in rome) choice for my car sent to them. Then the other day, I had communicate with same once I drop off my car there for them to check the a. C. With warranty. So he says to me he will check to see. And then will ask me permission to fix it. So I left for 4 hrs or so, I came back and told me about a.c. not cover with warranty then he told me about coil issue...need to be fix.....even I didn't ask him to check that at all. I only ask him for check the a.c. that all. So I told him we drive our no problems. He tried to tell me it can happen soon to hurt tire and can happen to us. B. S. He just want money from us!!! So I went to lowville garage and he checked there. He told me... it will be ok but don't go over potholes and whatever I drive.....so obviously premise want our money!!! Now that guy banned me!!!! His lost!!!
Very customer friendly and helpful. They treat their customers as family and don't try to up up sell you. They want to fix your car for as cheap as possible for you. Chuck and his staff are great.
