Service department was very good. Sales department not so much, they wouldn't give me a loaner, claimed they couldn't so I had to go 4 days without a vehicle. So on a $38,000 truck I was stranded on a holiday weekend because my issue arose after service department hours and on a weekend. Since only the service department could give me a loaner vehicle and they did after the 4 day holiday weekend, I'd only recommend the service department, Sales department is Not cool. They are the reason I bought my truck from another dealership to begin with, wouldn't give me a deal on the truck I wanted and now this treatment. Are you all one dealership or not?
These People are a bunch of scammers. I brought a car from them and they had treated me and my wife like in a racist manner. Like if a Hispanic legal american money is different then anyone else. We Kept bringing the car and told them there is something wrong and they keep saying there was nothing wrong for almost for one year. They want your extended warranty to expire so they give you the run around. The Manager of the sales department is as dirty as a horses trash. The (next day) I brought the car I took it to him (Manager) because we found the bottom of all four doors rusted. he paid someone I know a cheap amount to touch it up to cover the rust instead of painting it the right way, Two weeks later I brought the car showing him the rust that had came back. and he hide in his office like a little mouse hiding from a cat. But then again that's how they treat new costumers. I gotten so sick of them and now I had no other choice but to take my car to another shop and which they had found a variety of problems in the car. Now they are about to find out that the law is going to eat the cat mouse that like to run and hide, because he was recorded since day one. Hidden camera i carried all the time. This Dealership is the worse Dealers ever. Don't get your car there, if you do you will be sorry. Beware of the fat mouse in the office.
I was anxious starting this process, but within minutes it was gone due to the excellent professionalism by Ethan Gallagher. He made me feel at ease and made this process a great experience. I will be referring friends and family to him. Steve Vecchio and Teresa also should be credited as they made this process excellent! What an excellent team!

Service Department has been awesome, servicing my vehicle since we bought it there 4 years ago. Annual NY State Inspections are performed free of charge for customers who buy their vehicles at Davidson's. Everyone there is courteous, accommodating and professional.
Always great service. I am always greeted by my first name when I go to Davidson, the staff is friendly, and very professional. Love Davidson.
