Pet Supplies Plus is located in Freedom plaza downtown Rome, NY. Currently Rome's newest pet shop. Along with a vast amount of pet supplies you'll also find a good variety of pets for sale as well as grooming for your pets. The service is fast and most of the staff are pretty knowledgeable when answering questions about animals and their care.
I love this place! My wife and I first went to the one in New Hartford, but the groomer we got there didn't do anything but charged us for everything. Nicole has been the best groomer and our dogs LOVE going to see her! The staff is friendly and knowledge, and I ALWAYS go here for my dog and cat food.
Great place! My dog loved seeing all the other dogs and loves his new snake toy! You can get a lb of treats for under $3!

Great Selection of toys, foods and supplies. I was shopping with my pup and she needed nails trimmed. The Groomer was busy with another Client and the Manager happened to be there and he did it. Very Pleased.
Staff always helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help. Now no store is perfect but this far they have always done well by me. So the occasional error with signs can be overlooked. Although, if it is clearly not a customer moving an item and a stocking issue I will insist on it being honoured. Pleasantries go a long way in customer satisfaction. That is just my opinion. All in all this is a 5 star store!
