I have been renting from Kaplan for over 2 years I love my apartment. Whenever I have an issue the maintenance guys come right over and take care of everything. I have really great neighbors and a quiet little neighborhood. I highly suggest renting from them.

I always receive a quick response when anything is broken, and it is fixed within 24-48 hours without incident. I am greeted professionally and politely by everyone in the office when I go in to pay my rent. And the townhouse that I am now renting was made PERFECT before I moved in. The properties are great for people of all ages and backgrounds, and even perfect to accommodate children as we will be raising our first child in this home!
