The call service is incredibly terrible. I've called over 50 times in the last hour and no one has answered. I'm highly disappointed. They over charged my account, they said it would be in my bank account the next day and it wasn't. Trying to get the situation resolved is highly difficult if they can't answer their phone.
They will not answer the god damn phones. I've sat in there long enough to know at any one time there's at least 3 ladiess standing around gossiping about some petty bs. If they have enough time to not do their jobs, they have time to answer a couple phone calls. It's a disgrace.
Tried calling but no has ever answered. They need to work on call service and not just the service of those that are in their building.
