Pretty clean store. Cashiers are nice. Some stuff is out of place, makes it hard to find ny pants sometimes.
Housewares had a good selection. Many seasonal items were out on display. Prices were average to high compared to competitors. Some areas had thin selection with limited range of colors or choices.
Walked up to the cashier's, lights showed all were open. Of the three there only one cashier was actually waiting on a customer. One had her back to the line, the other was doing something the hangers. She looked at me twice, never acknowledged I was even waiting. The cashier that was waiting on the customer finished up and ended up waiting on me.
Went to buy a new Bluetooth for my phone and when I got home the head phones were gone. I came from Utica and had to drive back and then the person wanted to give me a hard time. But the funny thing is I went back today with my daughter and they had put the empty package back on the shelf for some reason? That is just horrible. I won't be making any trips back here again.
This Marshalls is smaller than some of the other ones. Men's and Children's/Boys section is always small and never has much to choose from. If Lucky, maybe one shirt of interest. Unlike the Women's and Juniors section, it's just terrible. Even when it comes to shoes for them. Women's/Juniors section is decent and has an assortment. There's always something fun to find, but I believe for this Marshalls being in a well populated city, it definitely needs to be bigger with more selection.
