Had to get a tooth pulled and went to my local aspin dental the staff was very nice and the doctor that pulled my tooth was very knowledgeable and helpful I am very happy with aspin dental this was my 4 th visit and I will be back for my teeth cleaning next month thank you aspin dental.
My wife had a very serious tooth ache. The receptanist was very friendly and concerned. My wife was brought immediately to x-ray and total exam was taken. A minute later she was brought to the Dentist. After a brief consultation, she was examined and the procedure was performed. All we can say is, "thank God for Aspen. The total time was less than 1 1/2 hours. Again all we can say is Thank you.
I chose Aspen because it is a dental provider that accepts my insurance. After my check-up, the hygienist came in to discuss cleaning. She recommended a plaque removal procedure and sent me to talk with the accounts payable staff who informed me that it was expensive and not covered by insurance. I declined the treatment and was asked to think about it. When I called back to say I still did not want this procedure and instead wanted the cleaning my insurance covers, I was told that was not possible and if that's what I wanted, I should consult another provider. (I called my dentist of 40 years who told me the procedure really wasn't necessary.) Very dissatisfied with this experience, although I will say that earlier in the year Aspen did a root canal which I was pleased with.
I am very happy with my first visit. I called and explained situation and was able to be seen later that day. Everyone was very helpful, explained everything throughly, and asked if I had any questions. I'm relieved now that I know what procedures need to be done. TY everyone that helped me and can't wait to keep Smiling.
